Richard Balster has joined J.R. Abbott Construction as project manager; Chris King, Zac Chambers and Amy Jarvis have been hired as project engineers; and Teresa Novinski is a new project assistant. Balster has over 15 years of industry experience and will focus on office and industrial projects in his new role.
