to director of field operations; Tom Whitaker to preconstruction director; Jim Broadlick, Lew Guerrette and Eric Temp to project executives; and Ben Finney to senior project manager. Thomas has 25 years of industry experience and led Skanska's structures team for the past seven years. Whitaker is assisting management of the firm's preconstruction services team. Broadlick has worked for the company for four of his 20-plus years in the business. Guerrette has 16 years of experience and Temp has 17. Finney, who specializes in historic renovations and seismic upgrades, has been with the company for 10 years.

The Seattle office also promoted Leon Borden, Dave Killian, Gerard McGlynn and Mike Richotte to senior superintendents. Borden has worked with Skanska for 12 years. Killian has been with the firm for five years and has 24 years of experience. McGlynn joined Skanska 15 years ago and Richotte has been with the company for 12 of his 26 years in the industry
