Parsons

Parsons has appointed George Norton senior vice president of Parsons Construction Group, a new global business unit of Parsons Corp. Norton will be responsible for Parsons' worldwide industrial and mechanical work, and will be based in its Seattle-area office. Prior to joining Parsons, Norton started a program at RCI Construction to build a team that self-performs municipal water and wastewater plant mechanical construction. Parsons last April bought RCI Construction Group of Sumner.
