Seattle-based Jackson Dean Construction has promoted Tom Lentz to general superintendent for the Special Projects Group and Paul Janousek to project engineer. Lentz has been with the company for 23 years and has experience in tenant improvement and shell and core construction. Janousek joined Jackson Dean in 2004 as a carpenter.
