Arlington-based HCI Steel Building Systems added Dave Jeeter, Jingwei Zhang, Kent Caudill and Kirk Thomas. Jeeter is a structural engineer who previously worked for the company. Zhang is a structural engineer who is maintaining the company's metal building systems engineering and estimating program. Caudill is a project administrator and Thomas is working in the estimating department.
