Veca Electric Co. added Mary Recla as controller and Mark Williams as IT manager. Recla, a CPA, has over 15 years of financial management experience. She spent the last four years at Dexter + Chaney. Williams is experienced with LAN/WAN administration, systems development, network security, integrations and implementations, and disaster/backup planning.
