Hedin
Bob Hedin joined S.D. Deacon Corp. of Washington as a project manager and Steve Russell as a superintendent. Hedin has worked in construction management for over 20 years, and holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from the University of Washington. Russell has been a carpenter for over 30 years and is a welding instruction. He has worked at Swinerton and PCL.
