Seattle's Meng Analysis promoted two and added two. Joel Davis, who has been with Meng for nine years as the director of research, is now a principal and in charge of the firm's operations. He has over 25 years of industry experience. He holds master's degrees in business administration and international affairs from Ohio University, and a bachelor's degree in languages and linguistics from Georgetown University. Kate LaPlante, who joined the firm last year, was promoted to project coordinator. She holds a bachelor's degree in science preprofessional studies from the University of Notre Dame. Bristol Haggstrom joined the firm as business development manager. She has 11 years of marketing experience and holds a law degree from Lewis & Clark Law School and a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Alaska, Anchorage. Brenda Fong joined the firm as a project manager after working as a paralegal and in document management systems for 15 years. Fong holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Chicago and is certified in records and information management by the University of Washington. Meng Analysis specializes in value analysis, constructability reviews, commissioning, facility condition analysis and cost estimating.
