Swinerton Builders Northwest added to its Bellevue office. The new faces include senior project manager Dave Patnode, senior superintendent Mark Borchardt, assistant superintendent Jarrod Bates, project engineer Jerry Foster and staff accountant Maria Dumaliang. Patnode has more than 30 years of construction experience and is working in the Special Projects Group. Borchardt is working on a parking garage in Kent. Bates is part of the team for lodging at Fort Lewis. Foster joined the Island Market Square residential project on Mercer Island.
