Bellevue's Northwest Construction promoted
Tom Nielsen to operations manager and
Jeff Nelson to construction manager. Nielsen was the firm's business manager. He is continuing those responsibilities while improving communications between field activities and the business department. He holds a bachelor's degree in construction engineering management from California State University of Sacramento and is a graduate of the University of Washington's Executive Management program. Nelson holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Washington State University and has 17 years of heavy-civil construction experience. His new role includes oversight of all project management personnel.
