Winskill
CE&C Inc., a Tacoma-based commercial general contractor, appointed Jim Winskill as business development director. Winskill has worked in business development with such companies as WorkForce Management, HarborSoft and Winskill Group. His new responsibilities include expanding CE&C's business within Western Washington, emphasizing team-build relationships.
