Koshar
Puyallup home builder SoundBuilt Homes hired Jonathan Koshar as chief operating officer. Koshar, a former AT&T executive, will oversee SoundBuilt's customer service, sales, marketing, finance, human resources and rental departments. He will also oversee the design center.
