Absher Construction Co. hired Rip Phillips as project manager, Aaron Lum as project engineer and Matt Cooper in the estimating department. Phillips has more than 40 years of construction experience in the U.S. and throughout the world. Lum is a graduate of Oregon State University and has been working as a project engineer in Oregon and Washington for three years. Cooper has 10 years of experience in estimating, jobsite management and carpentry. Prior to coming to Absher, he was self-employed for two years as an estimator.
