Cadman promoted Mitch San Sebastian from inside sales to outside sales customer service representative. San Sebastian's primary responsibility is providing service to Cadman's aggregate customers. The company hired Kevin Hersholt to fill the inside sales position. Hersholt is helping manage ready-mix and aggregate accounts.
