Gig Harbor's Wade Perrow Construction added Jon Dower and Darcey Hardeman as project engineers, and Carrie Finch and Debra Allen in administration. Dower, a West Point graduate with an environmental engineering background, is working on a design-build office building in Olympia. Hardeman, who has six years of industry experience, is assigned to a new health care facility at the Washington Corrections Center for Women in Purdy. Finch, with 10 years of accounting experience, is taking care of accounts payable and receivable. Allen is responsible for payroll and subcontracts. She has more than 20 years of accounting experience.
