Hill International

Hill International hired Donald W. Davis as senior vice president and Northwest regional manager for its Project Management Group. Davis has more than 35 years of program, project and construction management experience. Before joining Hill, he held management roles at Earth Tech, URS Construction Services and CH2M Hill. He also served as a project manager and project controls engineer for King County Metro. He holds a bachelor's degree in industrial and management engineering from Montana State University. He will be based in Hill's Bellevue office. The firm provides program management, project management, construction management, and construction claims and consulting services.
