ProBuild Holdings

Building materials supplier ProBuild Holdings switched to a new regional structure and adopted a new “shared services” model, both of which are expected to bring regional leadership closer to customers and reduce costs associated with back office functions. The changes expand ProBuild from four regions to six. Its new Northwest region is headed by Ed Waite in Lacey. Waite is the former president of Spenard Builders Supply. Denver-based ProBuild operates more than 470 lumber and building product distribution, manufacturing and assembly centers in 42 states.
