Patrick Tilley joined Sazan Group's Electrical Division as a principal. Tilley has more than 26 years of experience in electrical design, project management and construction administration. He has worked on all phases of project development, including master planning, conceptual design and design development. Sazan is an engineering firm specializing in HVAC, power, lighting and data/telecommunications design for health-care facilities, office buildings and public works projects.
