Sandra Olson-Meyer, president of the Construction Industry Training Council of Washington, will retire on June 25 after nearly 22 years with the private, nonprofit vocational school. CITC staff member Halene Sigmund will become president and fellow staffer Dave Perrin will become executive vice president. CITC caters to construction workers in seven trades ranging from carpentry to heavy-equipment operation. Olson-Meyer will serve on CITC's board of trustees.
