Evergreen Hospital to get $3M remodel

KIRKLAND — Evergreen Hospital Medical Center is remodeling 6,000 square feet to expand its pre-surgery care unit and relocate its surgery waiting lounge.

The hospital is seeking a general contractor for the job, which has an estimated construction cost of $3.3 million.
