GarageExperts.com awarded its first franchise agreement in the Seattle area to John Patterson. The new location is part of a plan to add more than 10 territories across the region over the next three to five years. Patterson signed a two-territory agreement with the company and plans to open his first franchise this spring. He has experience in commercial and residential roofing. GarageExperts.com, headquartered in Anaheim, Calif., provides garage makeovers in as a little as one day.
