Concrete Technology Corp.

Millard J. Barney, marketing director for Concrete Technology Corp. in Tacoma, was named a PCI Fellow by the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute. Barney is chair of PCI's Journal Advisory Committee. He has served two terms on PCI's board of directors and is a current member of the Bridge Producers and Pile Producers committees.
