Spencer is a registered professional engineer with 20 years of experience as a geotechnical and structural engineer, specializing in the design and construction of marine, underground and foundation projects. He is helping expand the company's capacity in design-build and other projects. Pacific Pile & Marine is a privately held heavy civil and marine construction firm operating in the Pacific Northwest, Montana and Alaska.
