New hall helps create a campus for Epiphany School in Madrona

The $18 million project includes the 25,000-square-foot Madrona Hall, which is targeting LEED gold.

On Sept. 7, the Epiphany School in Madrona will celebrate the grand opening of its first newly constructed building. The building pulls together a campus that has existed for over 53 years in rented church space and converted homes.
