WSU spending $54M on two dorm projects

This concept drawing shows Community Hall on the left and Duncan Dunn Hall, the E-shaped building on the right. They would be connected by a second-story plaza and a full-height addition.

Washington State University has $54.2 million in upgrades planned for two dorms on the heels of a new $26 million residence hall that it opened last fall.
