Black Pearl restaurant rising on the Columbia

Black Pearl on the Columbia, an upscale restaurant overlooking the Columbia River, is being built at the site of the old Parker House restaurant next to the port of Camas in Washougal, Clark County. It is expected to open in late spring next year.
