Juel
Edgewood-based Porter Brothers Construction hired Jeffrey S. Juel as project engineer/project manager and Rick Franklin as project manager/field engineer. Juel, a professional engineer, previously worked as a planner, design engineer, project engineer and program manager for the Army Corps of Engineers. He also was senior project manager at Inca Engineers. Franklin, a licensed architect, is a Washington State University graduate and holds a certificate in construction management from the University of Washington. He has more than 30 years of industry experience.
