Tacoma, Point Ruston OK $29M for waterfront

Waterwalk will link the Ruston Way bayside trail with Peninsula Park.

Tacoma City Council approved an agreement with Point Ruston to sell $28.7 million in LID bonds to build infrastructure along Ruston Way and Waterwalk, a 4,800-foot public esplanade on the waterfront.
