Norman

Portland-based construction consultant Pinnell/Busch is opening an office in Seattle to serve its Washington clients. Michael Norman, senior project manager and construction claims analyst, has been hired to run it. Norman has 25 years of industry experience, serving as a project manager for Hoffman Construction in Seattle, a developer and a construction lawyer. He holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and master's degrees in construction management and environmental engineering from Stanford University. He also received a law degree from the Northwestern School of Law in Portland. The new office will offer estimating and scheduling, construction defect investigations, owner representative and other services.
