Washington Association of Sewer and Water Districts

The Washington Association of Sewer and Water Districts recognized Pat Bara of the Lake Stevens Sewer District for “effective leadership from a non-executive.” Bara is executive assistant to the district manager at LSSD. She served as the association's Public Relations Committee chair from 2007 to 2010, a role normally reserved for management–level members. Bara will be recognized at the association's annual conference on Sept. 29 in Wenatchee.
