Crews starting to bring down Condit Dam near Vancouver

    Kleinfelder is overseeing the logistics for PacifiCorp and JR Merit Industrial Contractors of Vancouver is the contractor. Breaching the dam will cost about $32 million. This will be the second-highest dam ever breached in the U.S.
