Monroe-based Canyon Creek Cabinet Co. was named one of Seattle Business magazine's 50 greenest companies in Washington. More than 150 companies, nonprofits, government agencies and schools were nominated for the awards. They were judged on their impact to the environment, the comprehensiveness of their efforts and the extent to which they provide a model for other organizations. Canyon Creek was recognized in the manufacturing category.
