Askins

Robert Askins, vice president of Graham Construction & Management, was elected president of the Inland Northwest Associated General Contractors. Askins is a graduate of Washington State University. He is leading construction of the WSU Biomedical and Health Sciences Building at the Spokane campus and the WSU Northside Residence Hall in Pullman. He previously worked for Max J. Kuney Co. and Shea Construction.
