More than 1,300 students were judged on estimating, project management, safety, logistics and oral presentations. The Heavy Civil team included Elliot Brasch, Ryan Cearley, Jonathan Foss, Scott Martin, Reese Thompson and team captain Kaitlyn Jones. Grant Maskal was alternate and Reyna Perez second alternate. The Mixed-Use team was comprised of Lester C. Brown III, Niklas Carlstrom, Tyler Eldred, Colton Novinger, Matthew Woodard and team captain Caleb Boston. Ryan Kemp was the alternate. CWU got $1,500 for first place and $500 for second. The Beavers Charitable Trust is donating $12,500 to establish a construction management scholarship because of the first place finish.
