General contractor Lease Crutcher Lewis hired Lowrey Pugh, Darya Saber and Sean Gephart in its Seattle office. Pugh transitioned from consultant to BIM coordinator. He got into construction in 2003 as a plumber. He holds an associate's degree in engineering and architectural graphics from Lake Washington Institute of Technology. Saber is a project engineer in the Special Projects Division. He started in construction in 2006 and holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from the University of Washington. Gephart also is a project engineer in the Special Projects Division. He has been in construction since 2009, and holds two bachelor's degrees from the University of St. Thomas. He is studying for his construction management certificate at the University of Washington.
