Mercer Island-based Bayley Construction hired Christopher Bull as estimator and project manager in its Special Projects Group and Scott Neuman as superintendent. Bull has more than 35 years' experience in construction, ranging from small tenant build outs to large retail stores. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Oregon. Neuman has more than 25 years' experience in construction, ranging from medical and airport projects to marine research facilities. He was a previous winner of the American Concrete Institute Excellence in Concrete award for the Roberts Hall project at the University of Washington.
