Coaxis

Portland-based Coaxis, parent company of Viewpoint Construction Software, acquired Construction Imaging Systems. A press release said it was a strategic move to enhance the value of Viewpoint's software portfolio. Details of the deal were not released. Viewpoint added 46 employees this year and may hire more to handle anticipated growth.
