Project: 21,800-square-foot first-floor expansion of a QFC grocery store and a 21,800-square-foot second-floor expansion of a mini warehouse; 5,700 square feet converted to grocery store space from the existing building (former liquor store); parking for 116 vehicles; Brian Peterson of Kroger Northwest Region is the financially responsible party
