Dunbar

Skanska USA promoted Alan Dunbar to vice president of preconstruction. Dunbar spent seven years at Skanska as senior preconstruction director. He has a portfolio of more than $1 billion of projects in the Puget Sound region. In his new role, Dunbar is leading preconstruction teams in the Seattle office.
