Swinerton Builders hired Mike Davis and Greg Morris as senior project managers, Matthew Berry and Peter Roberts as project engineers, David Rea as chief estimator, Lauren Howard as administrative assistant and Robert Gessner as healthcare superintendent. Davis was with The Rush Companies and has 18 years of industry experience. Morris was with Aecon Buildings and has 25 years of industry experience. Berry holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from the University of Washington. Roberts holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from Washington State University. Rea worked as a contractor for 44 years. Howard holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from Western Washington University. Gessner was with Skanska and has 28 years of industry experience.
