Devon Grennan, president of Seattle-based Global Diving & Salvage for the past four years, was appointed chief executive officer. Global founders and owners Tim Beaver and John Graham are maintaining ownership and remain on the board of directors, but are stepping down from daily operations. He holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Washington.
