In its Seattle office, Lease Crutcher Lewis promoted Brian Aske to senior project manager and Coriann Presser to project manager, and hired James Furlan, Ryan Smith and Chris Sweeney. Aske, DBIA, LEED AP BD&C, joined Lewis in 2006 and has 20 years of construction experience. He holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from California State University Chico, and a certificate in commercial real estate from the University of Washington. Presser joined Lewis in 2005 as a project engineer. She holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from the UW. Furlan, a project manager, has been in construction for 10 years and holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Saskatchewan. Smith, LEED AP, is a project manager initially assigned to the Preconstruction Group. He has been in construction since 2005 and holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from California State University Fresno. Sweeney, LEED Green Associate, is a project engineer. He started in the industry in 2006, earned a bachelor's degree in building construction management from the University of Wisconsin Platteville, and recently finished a tour in the Peace Corps.
