McKinnon Furniture

McKinnon Furniture founders Sheila McKinnon and Theresa Schneider are retiring and Gary and Susan Strand are stepping in on June 1 as the new owners. Gary Strand spent 30 years in banking before retiring from Bank of America. The 25-year-old company uses sustainable hardwoods to make its furniture in the Sodo area of Seattle. It has a showroom in the 1201 Western Building.
