Sullivan has seven years of industry experience and holds an associate's degree from Edmonds Community College and a certificate in construction management from the University of Washington. Graafstra has 17 years of industry experience and is a LEED Accredited Professional. He holds a bachelor's degree in landscape architecture from the University of Oregon. Merk has 20 years of industry experience.
