Fuller has an administrative background and holds an associate's degree in communications from Cascadia Community College. Ritter has been a member of Local 32 Plumbers & Pipefitters for 25 years, and has more than 30 years of industry experience. PSF is a mechanical contractor specializing in design-build projects in life sciences, high-tech and Class A office projects.
