Skanska to build new Burke Museum

SEATTLE — University of Washington announced it has selected Skanska to construct the new Burke Museum of Natural History and Culture.

The 110,000-square-foot building will be 60 percent larger than the old one. The site is west of the existing museum, at 15th Avenue Northeast and Northeast 45th Street.
