The Seattle office of Mortenson Construction hired Eleonor Oshitoye as community affairs manager, Martin Sanchez as safety engineer, Joseph Morgan as superintendent, and Kindra Scobba, Breanna Oehlert and Ryan Romano as field engineers. Oshitoye is maximizing opportunities for disadvantaged businesses. She is a certified DBE program administrator with expertise in developing workshops, strategies and processes to help underrepresented businesses obtain contracts. Sanchez holds a bachelor's degree in safety and health management from Central Washington University. He is working at the Chambers Creek Regional WWTP in University Place. Morgan is working at the Tilt49 project and previously worked on Amazon's headquarters. Scobba interned with Mortenson for the past two summers and graduated from CWU. She is working at Swedish Medical Center's Cherry Hill project. Oehlert interned with Mortenson in California on solar projects. She holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Iowa State University. Romano is working on the Chambers Creek project. He holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from CWU.
