General contractor Foushee recently tilted concrete walls for a 200,000-square-foot industrial building on 12.4 acres at 6201 Associated Blvd. in Everett.
Foushee is now installing the roof and expects to finish the building in early 2016. It is the first of two planned by Underwood Gartland Development.
Most of the space in the first building has been leased to Cort Business Services and Electric Mirror; 12,500 square feet is available. Underwood Gartland is building out Cort and Electric Mirror's spaces with a mezzanine, offices, and production and manufacturing areas.
The second building will also be 200,000 square feet using concrete tilt-up construction. It will be on an adjacent 13 acres and divisible to 50,000-square-foot spaces with 24-foot ceilings. No tenants have been announced.
Both buildings were designed by SynThesis Architects.
Steve Henderson and Al Hodge of the Broderick Group are in charge of leasing.
