Express Construction Co. hired Robert Whitcomb and Greg Tisler as superintendents, and Kevin Kuntz as project engineer. Whitcomb has more than 15 years of industry experience and Tisler has been in construction for more than 30 years. Kuntz holds a bachelor's degree in international business from the University of San Diego, and has experience in planning and logistics.
