Hermanson Co., a Kent-based mechanical construction and service firm, added Dave Gough, Chris Gourley, Troy Lowery, Jason Milliren and Monty Rogers to its partnership and leadership team. Gough has held several operational and executive positions in the industry over the last 30 years. He joined the company in 2013 as director of service. Gourley, senior account executive in the Tenant Improvement Group, has worked with property managers and building owners over the last 18 years at Hermanson. Lowery joined the company two years ago and is construction executive of the Critical Environment Group. Milliren has been with the company for 10 years and is director of finance. Rogers joined Hermanson as Special Projects Department labor leader, and has been manager of the department for the last five years.
